LED STATUS INDICATOR

The emulator uses an LED to indicate steering-lock status:

• RED LED: Steering column lock is in the locked state

• GREEN LED: Steering column lock is in the unlocked state

INSTALLATION

1. Turn the vehicle completely off before installation.

2. Connect the emulator to the vehicle's steering-lock wiring/connector.

3. Make sure each connection corresponds to the pin numbers indicated on the emulator board.

4. If using the original ELV connector, the wiring must be connected to the corresponding numbered terminals on the emulator.

5. Once properly connected, the emulator is designed to simulate the electronic steering-lock operation.
