Labor Costs

We do not cover labor costs associated with installation, programming, removal, or other services related to our products. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Steering Column Processing Times

All steering columns require 2–3 business days of processing before shipment. Selecting Next Day Air or another expedited shipping option does not shorten processing time. Please allow for both processing time and your selected shipping service’s transit time when estimating delivery.

Electrical and Used Item Warranty

Electrical components and used items carry a 90-day warranty from the purchase date. These items include turn signal switches, wiper switches, clock springs, and transceivers. Labor costs are not covered.

Final Sale Items — No Warranty

All key remotes, programming devices, and key cutting machines are sold without a warranty and are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
