Shipping Policy & Transit Times

Most in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM (CST) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (CST) will typically ship the next business day. Shipping services are available Monday through Friday only.

Please note:

  • If UPS Next Day Air, USPS Express Next Day Air or any other upgraded shipping service is purchased on a Friday, delivery will carry over to Monday, as weekend delivery days are not included in shipping transit times.

  • USPS Express Mail generally delivers within 1–2 business days, depending on the destination.

We recommend placing orders in a timely manner to avoid delays. While we make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays.

Shipping Insurance
We offer an optional Checkout+ with Package Protection add-on at checkout to help protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If Package Protection is declined, Pro Steering Columns is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, and any replacements/refunds will be handled at our discretion and/or through the carrier’s standard claims process.

 

International Shipping Policy

We proudly ship our products worldwide. Please carefully review the following terms before placing an international order:

  1. Customs Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes

    • All international shipments may be subject to import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

    • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged at checkout.

    • The buyer is fully responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties upon delivery.

  2. Buyer Responsibility

    • By placing an international order, you agree to accept responsibility for any import requirements, restrictions, or additional fees imposed by your local customs office.

    • Refusal to pay these charges does not qualify for a refund. If an item is returned due to unpaid customs or VAT, shipping costs and any associated return fees will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Shipping Times

    • International delivery times vary by country and customs clearance process. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by customs are outside our control.

  4. Documentation

    • All shipments are declared accurately and legally with the proper value and product description. We cannot under-declare values or mark packages as gifts.
