The ignition lock cylinder assembly for sale is new aftermarket.
This lock cylinder is designed for vehicles equipped with chip (transponder) keys.
Included:
1 key shell (to transfer your original chip)
2 mechanical keys (without chip)
The mechanical keys provided do not include a chip.
The key shell allows you to move your existing transponder chip into the new shell to avoid programming.
Important:
If all keys are lost, dealer or locksmith programming will be required, since a new chip key must be programmed to the lock.
