Brand New Aftermarket Ignition & Front Left Door Lock Cylinder Set – Keyed Alike
Includes: 1 Ignition Lock Cylinder + 1 Driver Door Lock Cylinder + 2 Remote Keys

This is a brand new aftermarket ignition and front left (driver-side) door lock cylinder set designed for select Ford Expedition models. Both cylinders are coded alike, meaning the same key will operate both locks.
The set includes two new remote keys with electronics, transponder chip, and battery pre-installed.

Important Notes

• You must reuse the door lock arm from your original lock. The new cylinder does not include the arm.

• Professional locksmith programming is required.

• If your vehicle is not equipped with a remote system, only the PATS chip portion of the key will program to start your vehicle.

• Not compatible with proximity smart key or push-button start systems.

Programming Notes

• Ford PATS system requires the keys to be programmed by an automotive locksmith or dealership.

• Remote programming procedure included below.

• All remotes must be programmed during the same session—any remotes not included will be erased from memory.

🔧 Step-By-Step Remote Programming Instructions

(Does not program the PATS chip—this step only programs the remote buttons.)

1. Do not press the brake pedal.

2. Unlock all doors using the power door lock switch on the driver door.

3. Turn ignition from OFF → RUN 8 times within 10 seconds, ending in RUN.

   • Locks will cycle to confirm programming mode.

4. Within 20 seconds, press any button on the first remote.

   • Locks cycle to confirm programming.

5. Within 20 seconds, press any button on the second remote.

   • Locks cycle again.

6. Turn ignition OFF.

   • Locks cycle one last time to exit programming mode.
